Challenge
Complex application data
Customers need to enter and review applicant, vehicle, guarantor, document, and funding information clearly on an employee-provided iPad.
iPad App UI / Internal Enterprise Tool / Information Architecture
Designed an iPad-only app provided by internal employees for customers to complete loan applications.
EZ Loan is an internal service app that employees provide to customers on an iPad. Customers use it to enter application details and prepare required information, while the interface brings loan content, documents, customer information, and guarantor records into one consistent experience.
Challenge
Customers need to enter and review applicant, vehicle, guarantor, document, and funding information clearly on an employee-provided iPad.
Challenge
The iPad interface needed to support case intake, document handling, approvals, funding, and record lookup without feeling fragmented.
Challenge
Users needed visible required fields, selected steps, and completion feedback while preparing application materials.
I used an iPad-focused modular structure with a strong red brand color, clear iconography, card-based records, and consistent form patterns. Navigation separates major tasks while selected states and check marks help users understand progress at a glance.
Application content is divided into applicant, loan, owner, guarantor, document, and confirmation sections so users can move through dense records in manageable steps.
Required fields, disabled states, selected items, save actions, and completion controls use consistent visual treatments across the interface.
Application and document information is grouped into predictable sections that are easier to scan and manage.
Visible states and task-based navigation help customers understand required information and complete each step on the provided iPad.
Cards, forms, menus, status indicators, and document patterns create a consistent foundation for finance workflows.
I would validate the design through usability testing
and iterate based on real user feedback.
