Web Design / Bootstrap / Service UX

ListingPage

Designed and implemented a responsive one-page service website with Bootstrap.

A one-page real estate media service landing page for ListingPage, focused on helping agents understand and book a simple package that includes unlimited photos, Matterport 3D tours, property websites, brochures, lead collection, and listing reports.

ListingPage real estate photography and 3D tour landing page

Challenge

Challenge

Simplify the offer

Real estate media services can feel complex, so the landing page needed to package photography, 3D tours, and digital tools into one clear offer.

Challenge

Build trust quickly

Agents need to know the service is professional and useful before booking, especially when marketing a listing under time pressure.

Challenge

Drive appointments

The one-page flow needed repeated, visible booking actions so users could move from understanding the package to contacting the business.

UX Approach

The one-page flow was structured around a direct service journey: introduce the value, show the media format, explain why Matterport 3D tours matter, simplify the package, list included tools, and end with contact information. This reduces comparison fatigue and keeps the focus on booking.

ListingPage homepage hero and booking action

Design Decisions

Clear service promise

The hero section communicates the core value immediately: real estate photos and 3D tours without hassle. The call to action is repeated so agents can book whenever they are ready.

Package-first communication

Instead of presenting many separate services, the page groups key deliverables into a single package, including unlimited photos, Matterport 3D model, branded and MLS property website, brochure maker, and lead tracking.

ListingPage package section and service benefits

Bootstrap Implementation

Responsive grid

Bootstrap's grid system was used to adapt the one-page layout across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

Reusable interface patterns

Shared Bootstrap components and utility classes keep service sections, package content, and booking actions consistent.

Frontend implementation

I translated the visual design into a working responsive website with structured HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Outcome

Clearer service value

Agents can quickly understand what ListingPage provides and why it helps market a property more effectively.

Lower booking friction

Repeated appointment calls to action make the path from interest to inquiry simple and direct.

Better package comprehension

The included features are grouped into a readable package, helping users compare value without scanning multiple service pages.

If I had more time,

I would validate the design through usability testing
and iterate based on real user feedback.
